This page explains the information used by the Dunefox website inquiry form and the services that help operate the site.
Information you choose to submit
The inquiry form requests your name, email address, project description, and area of need. Organization, phone number, and an attached BOM or project brief are optional. Dunefox uses these details to review your request and contact you about the proposed work.
Form delivery
The form sends your submission to FormSubmit, which processes it and forwards it to [email protected]. FormSubmit also provides spam verification. Its handling of submissions is described in the FormSubmit privacy policy.
Hosting and performance measurement
Cloudflare hosts the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand visits and website performance. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Web Analytics information for details.
Keep inquiries focused on project scope
Please do not use this form to send passwords, medical records, or sensitive client information. Contact Dunefox to agree an appropriate method if an engagement requires confidential materials.
